Shipping Policy

VeleaRaeStudio selects the most efficient and economical shipping method available through major carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Requests for specific carriers are not guaranteed and may include additional charges if accommodated. We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Delivery

Free standard shipping on all orders of $49+
Orders under $49 incur a $7.00 shipping fee

Expedited Delivery

Expedited shipping is available through UPS or FedEx upon request.
Please note: Delivery times are the responsibility of the carrier and are not guaranteed by VeleaRaeStudio. Customers are responsible for the cost of expedited services.

Shipping Schedule

Orders typically process within 1–2 business days
Once shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent
Standard delivery usually arrives within 2–7 business days, depending on distance and carrier transit times

Lost or Missing Orders

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

Contact the carrier directly
Check with neighbors, household members, or colleagues
Look around the delivery area
Check for attempted delivery notices

Lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt.

🔄 Return Policy

VeleaRaeStudio offers a wide range of skincare products suitable for many skin types and conditions. If a client is not satisfied with a product purchased directly from us, it may be returned for credit or exchanged for another item.

Please Note:
Seasonal, limited-edition, and specialty treatments are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Requirements

VeleaRaeStudio must be notified of dissatisfaction within 21 days of purchase
The product must be physically returned within 2 months of notifying us
Returned items must be at least 60% full
Customers are responsible for shipping or delivery costs for returning the item
Replacement products will be shipped at no additional charge
